About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer to lead and oversee our global operations. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, driving efficiency, and aligning cross-functional teams with the company’s vision and goals. As COO, you will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to streamline operations, expand our market presence, and scale our business across Hong Kong, Singapore, and China Mainland.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Oversee and optimize all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company objectives.

Design, implement, and refine operational strategies, systems, and processes to deliver measurable results.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company’s operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Strategic Alignment

Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Ensure smooth alignment and communication between cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, and finance.

Drive strategic initiatives to enhance VV Technology’s position in the competitive global market.

Market Expansion

Spearhead market entry and business expansion strategies across Hong Kong, Singapore, and China Mainland.

Identify and act on growth opportunities while managing operational risks in new and existing markets.

Team Development and Leadership

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Create and maintain a strong organizational structure to support business goals and future growth.

Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure compliance with regional regulations, company policies, and industry standards across all operations.

Manage risks effectively by proactively identifying challenges and implementing solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Over 12 years of experience in operational leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.

Proven success in scaling business operations in the technology or internet industry, ideally across multiple regions.

Skills and Expertise

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges.

Deep understanding of the regulatory environments in Hong Kong, Singapore, and China Mainland.

Demonstrated experience in market expansion, team leadership, and operational optimization.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
