Applicants should have good communication skills and learning enthusiasm, and be interested in and willing to develop in the real estate industry. Although there are no academic restrictions, basic computer skills and numerical sensitivity are required. Work needs to be proactive, able to quickly integrate into the team and be willing to accept challenges. Candidates from the 00s are especially welcome, and the company will provide dedicated guidance and support to help newcomers quickly get on track. Need to be able to adapt to flexible work hours, participate in fixed weekly three property viewing activities and other business promotion work.
