<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy, to ensure that the company can achieve market share and proposed sales targets.</li><li>Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies to promote the brand and enhance brand visibility and reputation, experienced in social media management and Customer Relations Management in retail industry.</li><li>Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and returns of marketing activities, providing regular advice to senior management on market trends and business growth direction through data analysis and reporting.</li><li>Manage the sales process and ensure the achievement of sales targets; monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to optimize sales performance.</li><li>Monitor market trends, and competitor activities and conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities.</li><li>Oversee a team of marketing professionals, provide guidance, set performance targets, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure the team's overall effectiveness and productivity.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Degree holder in Marketing, Commerce, or related disciplines.</li><li>Over 10 years of experience inmarketing and communications experience with at least 5 years at the managerial level inthe Luxury industry.</li><li>Extensive work experience in brand management in the fields of the luxury retail.</li><li>Knowledge in China social media platforms, and familiar with the consumption patterns of PRC consumers.</li><li>Highly motivated, detail-minded, out-going and result-driven with multi-tasking skills.</li><li>Excellent coordination, communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Self-starter, self-motivated, comfortable operating with strategic direction and autonomy to deliver results.</li><li>Detail-oriented, enjoy embracing new challenges and finding creative solutions.</li><li>Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred, spoken and written.</li><li>Immediately available or short noticeisanadvantage.</li></ul>
