<p>Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree</p><p>Personal requirements: Affable, strong service awareness, sense of responsibility, and team spirit</p><p>Work experience: two years or above, teaching work experience is preferred</p><p>Have unique insights into any public exam (IELTS, DSE, SAT, GCSE, etc.)</p><p></p><p><strong>Jobs duties</strong></p><p>Based on students’ academic level, interests and goals, provide comprehensive academic planning for each student, and establish a student file</p><p>Supervise students’ after-school homework, supplement and complete the daily learning tasks in time, optimize course assignments, provide score improvement advice for weak learning subjects, and help students overcome learning difficulties</p><p>Assist students in managing after-school learning, teach efficient learning methods and time management skills, and help students improve learning efficiency</p><p>Regularly listen to school feedback and communicate it to parents, and occasionally report students’ learning progress and performance to parents to help them better support their children and create a family-school communication channel</p><p>Regularly complete analysis of students' on-campus GPA, dictation, small tests, and unified tests</p><p>Good at observing and discovering students’ learning strengths and weaknesses, doing weekly report summaries, monthly monthly summaries, through data analysis, and data charts to help students and parents understand students’ learning situations and improve.</p><p></p><p>Accompany and participate in students' extracurricular activities, interest groups, various competitions, etc., and enhance their comprehensive quality</p><p>Other student management work assigned by the higher department</p><p></p><p><strong></strong></p><p>Language skills: Fluent in two languages and three dialects is preferred</p><p>Office skills: Proficient in Office office software</p><p>Software skills: Proficient in databases, familiar with video or audio editing is better</p><p></p><p><strong>Benefit</strong></p><p>Provide MPF, follow Hong Kong legal arrangements</p><p>High-end office building, elegant environment and convenient transportation</p>
