To provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Project team in professional manner, such asproject administration, system data entry
Tohandle document submission and correspondencesinternally
Tosupport the team of any adhoc matters
Provide a full spectrum of office administration duties. Example: procurement of office equipment and supplies, insurance renewal
Coordinate with Hong Kong office for supporting admin work
Collaborate with vendors/suppliers/online shops for procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services. Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts.
Perform ad hoc projectsand general admin mattersas required
Requirements:
Diplomaor above inany relevantdisciplines
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
Has experience inconstruction / interior design / interior contractingcompany will be an advantage
Excellent in managing documentation and correspondence
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, able to work independently and work in fast-paced environment
Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
Proficiency PC skills in MS words, Excel and Chinese-word processing
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experienced in Fitting-out projects
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
Immediate available is highly preferred
