Customer Service & Private Domain Operation Specialist

Core responsibilities<div><br> • Responsible for sea-crossing website pre-sales/post-sales WeChat, Live chat, email support, answering product, logistics, return and exchange related questions<br> • Operate high-end customer WeChat groups/mini-program communities: user entry, activity planning, secondary promotion, VIP care<br>• Collect and summarize customer feedback and common issues, drive product and process optimization<div></div><div><br>Ability requirements<br> • Mandarin as a mother tongue, good English reading and writing<br> • 1–2 years of cross-border e-commerce or luxury customer service experience<br> • Able to handle conversations well, strong service awareness, and preference for successful cases of WeChat group operations</div></div>
