System Engineer

<p><strong>Job Description: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide expert system support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV and storage systems.</li> <li>Drive system implementation: Actively participate in the implementation of new projects, including system integration, SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).</li> <li>Stay ahead of the curve: Pursue and obtain professional certifications for enterprise-level systems and platforms to enhance your expertise and contribute to the team's knowledge base.</li> <li>Empower clients: Develop and deliver comprehensive system training programs to client IT teams and related personnel, ensuring their understanding and effective utilization of our systems.</li> <li>Maintain and update documentation: Keep system and operational documentation up-to-date, ensuring accuracy and clarity for internal and external stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree (High diploma or equivalent) in Information Technology, Engineering, Computing, or a related field.</li> <li>Proven 5 years+ IT industry experience and large-scale project implementation experience (CCTV project experience is bonus).</li> <li>Familiarity with Microsoft Windows (Workstation and Server), Linux, network/security configurations, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, or other database systems.</li> <li>Knowledge of Virtual Machines (VM) and Kubernetes (K8s) environments.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to independently acquire new skills and knowledge.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and spoken).</li> </ul>
