Mechanical Engineer

<p>Job Title: Mechanical Engineer<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br>I. Technical support and customer service<br>1. Provide customers with telephone, email and on-site technical support to solve problems encountered during equipment operation.<br><br>3. Provide product-related professional training to factories, trading companies and their customers, including product functions, simulator operations and other application knowledge.<br><br>II. Product Development and Quality Improvement<br>4. Assist the host department in new product development, provide technical advice and support, participate in design review and scheme optimization.<br>5. Participate in on-site quality improvement projects, analyze equipment failure causes, propose improvement measures, and enhance product reliability and performance.<br><br>Requirements:<br>One. Professional background and experience<br>1. Hold a full-time bachelor's degree, majoring in mechanical or electrical engineering.<br>2. Have 2 to 5 years of mechanical service or design and development experience, familiar with equipment operation principles and maintenance points, especially those with mining and construction industry experience will be given priority. <br><br>II. Technical skills<br>3. Master the basic theory and practical skills of hydraulic/electrical engineering, those with relevant work experience are preferred.<br>4. Able to analyze structural, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical system files fluently, with solid engineering fundamentals.<br><br>Three. Communication and interpersonal skills<br>5. Excellent oral and written communication skills, good at effective communication with customers and colleagues of different levels, and building good cooperative relationships.<br><br></p>
