Provide professional, safe, and comfortable massage services to customers, including but not limited to Chinese tuina, meridian massage, relaxation massage, and targeted soothing treatments, based on customer needs and physical condition.
Arrive on time within the scheduled appointment, complete the preparation and cleaning work before and after the service, including disinfecting tools, changing bed sheets, replenishing consumables, and maintaining a clean and hygienic treatment space.
Conduct a brief health consultation and communication with customers, understand their physical condition, discomfort, and contraindications, and if necessary, suggest referring to medical professionals, and strictly abide by professional ethics and service boundaries.
In accordance with the center or clinic's operational arrangements, participate in internal briefings, technical exchanges or short-term training, and continuously improve service quality and professional knowledge.
Properly record each service's basic information (such as service type, duration, customer feedback, etc.), follow the data confidentiality principle, and do not disclose customer personal information and health information.
Work requirements
Holding a Hong Kong-recognized registration as a traditional Chinese medical practitioner from the "Chinese Medicine Management Committee", or having completed a recognized "Massage Therapy" course by the Labor Department (with no less than 300 hours of practical training), and holding a valid certificate.
Or have at least 3 years of public-facing massage service experience, familiar with common musculoskeletal discomforts and their treatment principles, and able to independently judge appropriate treatment ranges and respond to sudden situations.
Have good communication skills and empathy, be able to interact with customers of different ages and backgrounds in a clear, friendly, and respectful manner, and patiently answer reasonable questions.
Flexible time, able to accommodate weekend, evening or holiday shift arrangements, providing at least 12-24 hours of stable part-time hours per week, and following the appointment management system.
