Senior UI/UX Designer

<p>Job description</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>* Collaborate closely with Product Managers and fellow designers to uncover and drive new design opportunities, connecting user needs with business goals.</p><p>* Develop, implement, and continually improve design processes to support rapid iteration and high-impact releases.</p><p>* Employ design thinking methodologies to deliver globally relevant, user-friendly solutions.</p><p>* Engage in design reviews, contributing expert insights and actionable suggestions.</p><p>* Own the end-to-end design process: identifying opportunities, setting the vision, and partnering with the engineering team to deliver robust, high-quality solutions.</p><p>* Work cross-functionally with the broader design team for seamless product experiences.</p><p>* Conduct user research, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods to inform design decisions and drive impactful solutions with the product team.</p><p>* Produce detailed, robust UI designs and directly collaborate with the engineering team to guarantee the highest product quality.</p><p>* Develop clear rationale for design choices and articulate perspectives effectively.</p><p>Requirements</p><p>* 5+ years of professional UI design experiencewith demonstrated proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic judgment—and a clear understanding of how these impact product usability.</p><p>* 5+ years of UX design experience,including defining product behavior based on user needs and scaling solutions for diverse audiences.</p><p>* Experience conducting user research to inform product decisions.</p><p>* Fluency in Ai, Ps & Figma or other modern prototyping tools for advanced design and prototyping.</p><p>* Be able to work in fast-paced, agile environments with rapid iteration cycles.</p><p>* Prior experience designing for Blockchain, Cryptocurrency or Financial products.</p><p>* Candidates who demonstrate strong UI design or UX design skills will be considered for UI Designer or UX Designer roles, respectively.</p><p>Nice to Have</p><p>* Education background in Graphic Design, HCI, Visual Arts, or related fields.</p><p>* Strong verbal and written communication abilities.</p><p>* A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills for web and mobile.</p><p>* Team player attitude, open to feedback and committed to continuous learning.</p><p>* Cantonese/English/Mandarin required to coordinate with global partners and stakeholders.</p><p>We Offer</p><p>* Competitive remuneration and benefits package</p><p>* A professional and collaborative working environment</p><p>* Opportunities for growth and career advancement</p>
