Duties:
1. Update Staff Records and P-file;
2. Data Analysis;
3. Provide support to the department, such as recruitment, compensation & Benefits and administrative tasks etc;
4. Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Undergraduate (Y3 or above) in Business Administration or related discipline;
2. Proficiency in Excel, Chinese WP and other software skills;
3. Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is preferred;
4. Independent, detail-oriented and good personal skills;
5. Able to work for 3 or 4 full working days from Monday to Friday.
