Junior Store Specialist

Job Responsibilities<br>Responsible for the daily operation of the store, including product sorting, display and replenishment, ensuring that the sales area is clean and orderly.<br>Serve customers by helping them grab dolls, provide professional advice and quality service, and enhance their gaming experience.<br>Execute cash register work, accurately process cash and electronic payment transactions, and regularly reconcile accounts.<br>Support inventory management, participate in inventory and goods in and out records, and ensure data accuracy.<br>Complete other store tasks assigned by the supervisor and support the team in achieving sales targets.<br><br>Work requirements<br>Secondary school graduation or above, with basic reading and writing skills in Chinese and English.<br><br>Have good communication skills and be able to face different types of customers with a friendly attitude.<br>No relevant experience is required, the company will provide on-the-job training; those with relevant experience will be given priority. <br>Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays, with a sense of responsibility and punctuality.<br>Accept possible shift changes due to scheduling reasons<br><br>Benefits<br>Enjoy statutory holiday pay and annual leave, with the number of days off increasing according to service years.<br>Provide clear promotion paths and internal transfer opportunities to support employees’ long-term development.<br>Provide monthly performance bonuses<br>#Plushie machine #Welcome with no experience
