<p>Job Responsibilities: <br>1. Ensure the safety of the building, prevent unauthorized persons from entering, question suspicious persons, and if necessary, contact the police for handling or escorting intruders out. <br>2. Responsible for registering all visitors, repair workers and delivery workers entering and leaving the building, and recording relevant matters for inquiry. <br>3. Regularly patrol the various areas of the building, discover damage or abnormal situations (such as elevator malfunctions, power outages, water leaks, etc.), and immediately record and notify the relevant responsible person for follow-up processing. <br>4. Keep and record the borrowing of keys to important facilities in the building (such as elevator machine rooms, air conditioning machine rooms, electric meter cabinets, etc.), ensuring that the borrower and borrowing time are clearly traceable. <br>5. Ensure public corridors and fire escape routes are clear and unobstructed, provide appropriate assistance in case of emergency, and promptly report to relevant departments while assisting in handling complaints from owners and residents.<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Have good communication skills, be able to interact professionally and effectively with owners, residents and other relevant parties. <br>2. Have a high level of awareness of safety precautions, be able to quickly identify potential risks and take appropriate action. <br>3. Familiar with the basic operation and emergency procedures of various facilities in the building, and able to remain calm and properly handle problems in emergency situations. <br>4. Carefully and accurately complete daily record work, including patrol reports, accident records, and key borrowing registration, etc. <br>5. Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, be able to understand and write related documents; those with relevant property management experience will be given priority. </p>
