BD Assistant Manager (TTPS/QMAS Visa Welcome!)

<p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Support Senior Manager in driving new business to meet KPIs and revenue targets.<br>Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (charter operators, brokers, FBOs) to develop solutions and boost sales.<br>Attend client visits, deliver service updates, and identify growth opportunities.<br>Prepare business proposals, analyze data, and generate reports.<br>Assist in creating marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.</p> <p><br>Requirements:</p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.<br>5+ years’ experience in business development or sales; aviation/hospitality background preferred.<br>Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.<br>Proficient in MS Office; graphic design skills (e.g., Photoshop) a plus.<br>Self-motivated, adaptable, and fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).<br>Junior candidates may be considered as Commercial Officer.</p>
