Position: Quantity Surveyor
Job Responsibilities:
The primary role of a Quantity Surveyor is to manage all financial aspects of a construction project, including costs, contracts, and procurement. Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring projects are delivered within budget by preparing detailed cost estimates.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to assess project feasibility from a cost perspective.
Managing contract administration and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and control costs effectively.
Preparing tender documents and evaluating bids from contractors.
