Job Responsibilities
1. Ecosystem Strategy & Development
lDevelop and execute the ecosystem partnership strategy for the region, identifying and onboarding strategic technology, implementation, and solution partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
lBuild and manage a robust partner pipeline, from identification and initial engagement to negotiation and formal onboarding.
lDefine joint value propositions and co-create go-to-market plans with key partners to address market opportunities.
2. Strategic Partner Management & Growth
lServe as the primary relationship owner and strategic advisor for a portfolio of high-value ecosystem partners.
lEstablish joint business plans (JBPs) with key partners, setting mutual performance objectives, sales targets, and milestones. Drive regular business reviews to track progress and optimize collaboration.
lWork closely with partner leadership to maximize their investment in ShareCRM, enabling their sales and technical teams through training, certification, and joint marketing initiatives.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement
lCollaborate internally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to align partner initiatives with company goals and ensure seamless execution.
lChampion partner needs internally, providing feedback to product and engineering teams to shape platform development and integration roadmaps.
lDevelop and deliver enablement resources, tools, and programs to empower partners to sell and implement ShareCRM solutions effectively.
4. Performance Analysis & Ecosystem Advocacy
Monitor, analyze, and report on key partnership metrics (e.g., pipeline, revenue, adoption). Use data-driven insights to refine strategy and demonstrate ROI.
Represent ShareCRM at industry events and within partner forums, strengthening the company's brand and thought leadership in the ecosystem.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience:
lMinimum of 2-4years of experience in partnership management, business development, or alliance roles within a B2B SaaS/technology environment.
lProven track record of identifying, negotiating with, and successfully managing strategic partners to exceed business goals.
lExperience in the CRM, marketing automation, or enterprise software ecosystem is highly preferred.
