Responsible for travel agency front desk reception work, including welcoming guests and handling travel product registration procedures
Instantly reply and clearly answer customer inquiries about itineraries, fees, group arrangements, etc.
Actively introduce and promote various travel products of the company, and assist customers in choosing suitable travel groups or self-guided tour plans
Properly handle customer complaints and concerns, provide appropriate solutions to maintain a good service image
Organize and process travel group-related administrative work, such as application forms, contracts, payment records and departure information, and participate in promotion activities organized by the company
Work requirements
Secondary School Diploma or above
Applicants with less than one year of customer service or sales-related experience may be considered, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Familiar with basic computer operations, able to use Word, Excel and email systems to handle daily affairs
