Call Center Team Leader

Join our rapidly expanding spa & beauty group, with strong regional presence including Singapore and Macau, now growing in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, support, and develop a team of call center agents.

- Perform outbound calls to new clients and existing clients for treatment coordination.

- Manage lead assignments, monitor KPIs, and ensure performance.

- Generate reports and support daily operations.

Requirements:

- English — basic communication required.

- 2+ years experience in a call center.

- Proven experience in staff management.

- Computer proficient.

- Office-based role in Hong Kong.
