Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer service proposal and execution:

   1. Work with front-line business experts to clearly understand the service needs of entrepreneur customers, pre-communicate with the corresponding product service team, and design service solutions;

   2. Lead and push entrepreneurs to sign service intention letters, and complete the KYC process for already imported customers;

   3. Introduce a product service team, combine customer situations and demands, lead the product service team to form service solutions, organize customer proposals and service execution. In the process, manage customer expectations, track customer feedback, and continuously improve customer recognition.

2. Continuous customer demand mining and service:

   1. Covering the various generations of the real estate families we have served, we continuously output the latest service content of the Far East Entrepreneurial Services business, and combine customer information to match and propose in advance;

   2. Lead the organization of entrepreneurs to sign a service intention letter for new service needs, organize product and service teams to make proposals and implement services, and continuously improve entrepreneurs’ satisfaction and recognition;

   4. Regularly summarize the customer characteristics and needs of the entrepreneurs we have served, regularly feedback and summarize, and assist the product and service team in developing and improving product and service content;

   5. Maintain and deepen entrepreneur-client relationships, continuously improve customer files according to requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above;

2. 8 years or above of capital market-related work experience, familiar with market dynamics and trends, and have a comprehensive understanding of the capital market, family inheritance, asset management, etc. related services and products. Those with overseas family trust, overseas family office work experience can be given priority;

3. Proficient in Mandarin and English, familiar with other languages or dialects, those who can be given priority;

   2. Lead the organization for entrepreneurial clients to sign Letters of Intent for new service needs, coordinate product and service teams for proposal and execution, and consistently improve client satisfaction and recognition.

   3. Assist the team in establishing standards for entrepreneurial client membership management, and classify and manage memberships based on the overall profile of served clients.

   4. Regularly review and summarize the characteristics and needs of served entrepreneurial clients, provide regular feedback and summaries to assist product and service teams in developing and improving service offerings.

   5. Maintain and deepen relationships with entrepreneurial clients, and continuously update client files as required.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. 8 years or more of relevant work experience in capital markets, familiar with market dynamics and trends, and possessing a comprehensive understanding of services and products related to capital markets, family succession, and asset management. Candidates with experience in overseas family trusts or overseas family offices are preferred.

3. Proficient in Mandarin and English. Proficiency in other languages or dialects is a plus.
