Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Provide professional insurance consulting and risk management services to customers, analyze customer needs and develop appropriate insurance plans.
Based on the customer's specific situation, recommend suitable insurance products and provide detailed product explanations and comparisons.
Assist customers in completing the insurance application process, including document preparation, policy filling, and follow-up work.
Maintain existing customer relationships, regularly visit customers to ensure their protection continues to meet their needs.
Maintain good communication with insurance companies, coordinate claims, renewal insurance, etc. related matters.
Requirements:
