Job Responsibilities

Responsible for teaching children and children Chinese dance courses, designing appropriate teaching content according to different age groups.
Plan and lead students in dance rehearsals, preparing for on-campus and off-campus performance activities.
To cultivate students’ interest in Chinese traditional dance, enhance their sense of rhythm, coordination and performance ability.
Regularly participate in teaching meetings and work with the team to optimize course structure and teaching methods.
Assist in organizing performance-related matters, including costumes, music and stage positioning arrangements.

Work requirements

Have at least one year of teaching experience in Chinese dance to children or young children, and be able to control classroom rhythm and discipline management.
Familiar with Chinese dance basic skills, body training and folk dance styles, with solid dance foundation.
Preference will be given to those with a Chinese dance teaching qualification, who must have good demonstration skills and teaching expression techniques.
Patient, responsible, and passionate about children's education, good at communicating and collaborating with parents and colleagues.
Able to participate in rehearsals and performances according to holiday or event needs, with a team spirit.
