Job Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one or group online tutoring courses, covering middle school mathematics, biology, physics, chemistry, etc.

Design personalized teaching plans based on students’ needs and learning progress.

Evaluate students’ learning outcomes, provide immediate feedback and adjust teaching strategies.

Maintain good communication with parents, regularly update students’ learning progress.

Use various online teaching tools and resources to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, relevant subjects are preferred.

Preference will be given to those with teaching experience, especially online teaching experience.

Good communication skills and patience can help build a good teacher-student relationship.

Familiarity with the use of digital tools and online teaching platforms.

Flexible scheduling to accommodate different students’ needs.

Working hours:

Flexible working hours, you can teach according to your personal time schedule.

According to the teacher's resume and teaching ability.

The platform charges a 15% commission, which will gradually decrease as the number of completed courses increases.
