Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Distribute Chinese herbal medicine/powder

• Check the medication prepared by the pharmacy colleague to ensure the prescription is correctly dispensed

• Explain to the patient the method of decoction and administration of the medicine

• Execute general Chinese pharmacy operations

• Herbal medicine extraction, receipt and updating herbal inventory records

• Assist the clinic with appointment scheduling, registration, billing, and inquiry work

• Other responsibilities assigned by the executive supervisor

Requirements:

• Work with enthusiasm, responsibility, politeness, and attention to detail

• Familiarity with computer operations and Chinese input method or the ability to operate a computer operating system

• Have good communication skills, basic English ability, fluent Cantonese and basic Mandarin

• Those with more experience may be considered for appointment as a first-level Chinese medicine dispenser

• Working location: Shatin
