Job Responsibilities 1. Production organization and personnel management: Responsible for decomposing and executing the department's production plan, reasonably allocating production tasks and personnel shifts in the workgroup, and implementing on-the-job employee performance evaluation. 2. Production records and document management: Strictly review each batch of product batch production records and batch packaging records to ensure that all documents are filled out correctly, the data is accurate and true, and meets the GMP specification requirements. 3. Production process monitoring and quality assurance: Continuously monitor and inspect the production site's process discipline compliance, and be responsible for organizing investigations, handling and closing production process deviations. 4. Equipment management and maintenance: Monitor and enforce the daily maintenance and regular inspection and maintenance plan of production equipment to ensure that the equipment is in good operating condition, and assist in the troubleshooting and repair of equipment failures. 5. Team training and development: Responsible for organizing pre-job training for new employees, on-the-job continuous training and multi-skilled worker training plan, and improving team skills and operating procedures.

Position requirements 1. Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, pharmacy, mechatronics or related fields. 2. Work experience: More than 5 years of production line work experience in Chinese herbal medicine companies, familiar with at least one production process and process in oral solid dosage form or Chinese herbal medicine extraction workshop. 3. Compliance knowledge: In-depth understanding and strict execution of GMP regulations, with extensive experience in on-site inspection preparation and response. 4. Comprehensive quality: Have excellent on-site management, communication and coordination, and team leadership skills, and be able to maintain a stable work state in a high-stress, high-standard GMP environment.
