Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Execute the storage, classification and sorting of Chinese medicinal herbs, properly manage them according to their pharmacological properties and preservation conditions, and prevent deterioration or confusion.
- Establish and continuously optimize standard operating procedures (SOP), improve work efficiency and service quality, and ensure that each process meets the standards.
- Responsible for archiving and saving prescription files, ensuring data integrity and ease of retrieval, and meeting medical record management requirements.
Work requirements
- Have experience in Chinese medicine prescription or pharmacy work, and be able to independently complete the tasks of prescription review, drug collection and decoction.
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and word processing, with basic file management skills.
- Careful and responsible, with good organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Emphasize environmental cleaning and infection control, follow sanitation guidelines, and maintain the clinic's safety and professional image.
