Job Responsibilities / Key Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for developing and maintaining Chinese enterprises customers (including state-owned enterprises, public enterprises, local state-owned enterprises, red chip enterprises, private enterprises, etc.), achieving annual sales targets

    Develop and expand mid-to-large Chinese-funded enterprises (SOEs, central enterprises, private conglomerates, Red-Chip companies) and achieve aggressive annual sales targets

  2. Independently lead the full sales cycle from prospecting, solution presentation, C-level relationship building, negotiation to contract closing

  3. Deep understanding of the decision-making chain, approval process, compliance requirements, and bidding rules of Chinese enterprises

  4. Work closely with product, legal, and delivery teams to customize solutions that meet the internal control requirements of Chinese clients

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of B2B large customer sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on serving Chinese companies

    8–12 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with minimum 5 years focused on Chinese-funded enterprises

  • Have successful cases of signing with central enterprises, local state-owned enterprises, red chip stocks or leading private enterprises (such as China Railway, China Construction, Huawei, Tencent, Vanke, Fosun, Greenland, etc.), with a single contract amount of $500,000 to $20 million or above

    Proven track record of closing large deals (USD 500K–2M+ per contract) with central SOEs, provincial SASAC companies, or major private Chinese conglomerates

  • Familiar with the bidding process, framework agreement signing, payment cycle and anti-corruption compliance requirements of Chinese companies

    Familiar with tendering process, framework agreements, payment cycles and anti-corruption compliance of Chinese enterprises

  • Mandarin as a native language, fluent in English, and Cantonese as a plus

    Native-level Mandarin, fluent English; Cantonese is a plus

  • Existing senior-level contacts in Chinese enterprises strongly preferred

  • The following industry backgrounds are preferred: Enterprise-level SaaS/Cloud Computing/Network Security/Fintech/Consulting Services/Real Estate Tech/Energy Infrastructure Solutions

    Preferred industry background: Enterprise SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, FinTech, Consulting, PropTech, Energy & Infrastructure solutions
