Position: Senior Chinese Medical Assistant

Department: Chinese Medicine Assistant Program (consisting of Senior Chinese Medicine Assistant and Chinese Medicine Assistant)

Boss :Consulting Chinese physician, general manager, senior Chinese physician/Chinese physician

Main responsibilities:

• Assist the Chinese physician in handling consultations, ward medical work and caring for patients

• Assist TCM doctors in preparing medical records

• Ensure the patient room meets the clean and hygienic standards

• Observe the ward and patient conditions

• Report on maintenance issues in the ward

• Cooperate with various clinics to promote traditional Chinese medicine

• Assist the Chinese physician in supervising the work of the Chinese assistant

• Other assigned tasks by superiors

• 2 - 4 years of work experience, with Chinese or Western medical or customer service industry work experience as good

• Good communication skills (including Mandarin and English)

• Interested in traditional Chinese medicine/nursing work, positive and optimistic, willing to pay, and team-oriented

• Must master basic computer operations and Chinese input method

Salary and benefits:

• Two-year contract

• Basic salary plus operating bonus from HKD19,000 - HKD26,000

• Shifts, maximum 48 hours of work per week
