Job Description
Pharmacy sales
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation of the pharmacy, including the display, replenishment and inventory management of medicines, health food, personal care products, etc., ensuring that the goods are complete, the labels are clear, and the display is neat and orderly.
- According to the Hong Kong Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance and related regulations, assist registered pharmacists to complete the sales process of prescription drugs and non-prescription drugs, and strictly implement the prescription review, registration and distribution procedures.
- Actively understand customer health needs, provide professional and friendly consultation services, recommend appropriate non-prescription drugs or health products for common minor illnesses (such as colds, allergies, digestive discomfort, etc.), and clearly explain the usage method and precautions.
- Secondary school graduation or above, with basic Chinese reading and writing abilities; understanding Cantonese is a must, and those who can communicate in Mandarin or English are preferred.
- No need to hold a pharmacist's qualification, but you must be willing to accept the internal pharmacy knowledge, product training and regulatory compliance training provided by the company, and pass the evaluation before you can handle pharmaceutical sales independently.
- Have good service awareness and communication skills, be patient to listen to customer needs, and respond with empathy to the elderly, chronic disease patients, etc. different groups.
- Applicants with retail, customer service or medical-related industry experience are preferred; fresh graduates or career changers with a positive attitude and learning enthusiasm are also welcome to apply.
