Chinese Medicine Clinic Assistant Part-time Clinic Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities / Work Requirements:

• Responsible for reception, registration, appointment, billing, and answering patient inquiries, etc. customer service

• Handle clinic daily operations, disinfection, cleaning and general administrative work

• Other related duties assigned by the supervisor

• Working 2 days per week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays or Sundays, for 4-8 hours per day

Requirements / Position requirements:

• Passionate about the traditional Chinese medicine industry, with good communication skills

• Outgoing personality, sincere and polite, hard-working and responsible, with a team spirit

• Understand Chinese and English input methods and computer operations (including Word, Excel)

• Preference will be given to those who live nearby, or those with experience in Chinese and Western medicine clinics, customer service, sales, etc.

• Welcome students, housewives, and those interested in the traditional Chinese medicine industry to apply
