Job Description
Responsible for daily front-of-house service in the restaurant, including greeting customers, seating them, taking their orders, serving their food, and processing their bills and sending them off.
Follow the standard to clean and organize tables, chairs, cutlery, bar and public areas, ensuring a clean and orderly business environment
Collaborate with the kitchen and logistics team, accurately communicate customer needs, and handle temporary orders, special dietary requirements or complaints
Complete opening and closing procedures before and after daily operations, including setting up tableware, replenishing supplies, and checking equipment operation status
Support different shifts within a specified time frame (12:00-22:00 daily) to cover Monday to Saturday operating days
Have basic Cantonese communication skills, able to communicate with customers in Mandarin and basic English on a daily basis
No academic qualifications and relevant work experience restrictions, welcome newcomers to apply; those with service industry experience are given priority
Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the local employment qualifications, and do not accept students on student visas or tourist visas
Have good service awareness and polite attitude, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-interactive on-site work environment
Have basic team spirit and sense of responsibility
