Need a security training course certificate (QAS)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the center's daily housekeeping work, including sorting and environmental maintenance, etc., to ensure that the service site is clean and orderly.

• Execute moving tasks, such as the transportation and repositioning of supplies, equipment and activity materials, requiring basic physical strength and safety awareness.

• Assist in facility basic checks and simple maintenance, such as lamp inspection, doors and windows, furniture, etc., and report abnormal situations to higher-ups in real time.

• In accordance with the relevant requirements of security responsibilities, carry out basic entry and exit registration, patrols and preliminary emergency response collaboration within the designated time period after obtaining the QAS certificate.

Work requirements

• As a permanent resident of Hong Kong, I meet the local employment and work visa related statutory qualifications.

• Have good Cantonese communication skills, able to communicate with colleagues in Mandarin and basic English during daily work.

• Healthy body, able to handle physically demanding tasks such as moving and standing/walking for long periods of time.

• Strong sense of responsibility, obedience to arrangements, able to adapt to early or afternoon shift rotation, monthly 4 days off, and 48 hours per week.
