Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for packaging, labeling, boxing, and stacking various products according to production instructions, ensuring that the packaging specifications meet the quality standards and customer requirements;
- Operate and maintain packaging-related equipment (such as box sealing machines, packing machines, labeling machines, etc.), regularly conduct basic cleaning and inspection, and report any abnormalities to the supervisor immediately;
- Meet daily packaging production targets on time, adjust work rhythm flexibly according to production plans, and support warehouse and delivery operations;
- Strictly follow the material issuance and consumables registration process, properly store packaging materials, and eliminate waste and mixing risks;
- Follow the factory safety rules and 5S management requirements, keep the work area clean and orderly, and participate in daily safety inspections and improvement suggestions.
- Aged 18 or above, no specific academic qualifications required, basic reading and writing skills, able to understand simple Chinese written instructions and label content;
- Have good physical and mental endurance, be able to adapt to long periods of standing, bending, and moving light to medium-weight goods (no more than 20 kg per trip);
- Provide market-competitive hourly wages and overtime compensation, and pay statutory holiday pay and compensation in accordance with the Employment Ordinance;
- Enjoy paid annual leave (7 days from the first year of employment, increasing annually to a maximum of 14 days), sick leave and maternity/paternity leave, etc. statutory rights;
- Establish a performance bonus program based on individual work performance and team achievement, and distribute quarterly or annual attendance bonuses;
- Provide occupational safety and job skills training to support employees in continuously improving their operational proficiency and workplace adaptability;
- Provide employee care and support, including free tea and rest facilities, transportation allowance (for those who qualify), holiday greetings, and annual health check-ups.
