Job Responsibilities

• Assist department heads to coordinate the company's personnel recruitment, selection, training and deployment work, ensuring that talent supply and business development strategies are highly compatible.

• Participate in the design, optimization and implementation of the company's overall recruitment system, covering diverse recruitment channel expansion (such as industry groups, school-enterprise cooperation, headhunting collaboration), standardized structured interview process, evaluation tool development and application, and systematic construction and dynamic management of high-potential talent pool.

• Collaborate with business departments to deeply understand the core competency model of positions and team culture matching elements, provide professional recruitment consulting and talent matching advice, and strengthen person-job matching and entry retention rate.

Work requirements

• Master's degree or above, human resources management, business administration, psychology or finance related professional preferred.

• Have 1 to 3 years of practical experience in human resources recruitment for the asset management industry, or those who have focused on serving financial/asset management clients at well-known headhunting firms may also be accepted.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel data analysis and PowerPoint presentation), those with basic ATS system operation experience are preferred.

• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, able to fluently communicate across departments, external communication and international candidate interviews in three languages.

• Have high professional ethics and confidentiality awareness, stable and meticulous personality, and strong sense of responsibility; good at listening and empathy, with excellent interpersonal interaction, cross-team coordination and multitasking parallel processing abilities.
