Core Responsibilities:
1. Independent responsible for the whole recruitment process of Hong Kong positions
Communicate with business departments to complete the entire process from job posting, proactive search, interview to salary negotiation and offer issuance; understand the dynamic of Hong Kong's technology industry talent market and salary levels; ensure that the recruitment process complies with Hong Kong's Employment Ordinance, MPF, etc. laws and regulations.
2. Hong Kong local recruitment channel development and management
Proficient in using LinkedIn, JobsDB, CTgoodjobs, Indeed, etc., the mainstream recruitment platforms in Hong Kong; establish a local talent network through industry activities, alumni associations, and personal recommendations; assist in managing headhunter supplier relationships; explore Facebook, Instagram, etc. Social media recruitment and employer brand promotion.
3. Internal human resources management support
Assist with the processing of employee onboarding, resignation, probation, contract renewal, etc.; maintain employee files and personnel information systems; participate in employee relationship communication and cultural activities organization; and answer employees’ basic inquiries about policies, attendance, benefits, etc.
Requirements:
1. Human resources, psychology, business administration, and other related professional undergraduate or graduate students, with a minimum of 3 days of internship per week and a minimum of 3 months of internship.
2. Have a learning interest in Hong Kong employment practices (such as the Employment Ordinance, MPF, etc.), those with basic knowledge are preferred.
3. Mandarin fluency, with Cantonese or English communication skills preferred.
4. Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobsDB, etc. tools, or have quick learning abilities.
5. Extremely proactive, good at using AI tools to boost work efficiency, and refusing to wait passively.
6. Priority will be given to:
Have Hong Kong study/life experience, familiar with local culture;
Have recruitment/hiring internship experience;
Cantonese fluency or English as a working language;
Have social media operations or employer brand project experience.
