Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full recruitment process management, including position demand analysis, position publication, resume screening, interview scheduling and employment coordination, ensuring timely and effective human resources supply to each department.
- Execute employee onboarding, probation, transfer, and resignation procedures throughout their entire life cycle, and maintain the accuracy and compliance of personnel files and system data.
- Assist in the formulation and optimization of human resources-related policies and processes, covering attendance management, performance support, employee relations, and internal communication mechanisms.
- Organize employee training and development activities, including new employee orientation, on-the-job skills enhancement, and leadership development projects, to promote continuous talent growth in the organization.
- Regularly conduct human resources data analysis (such as turnover rate, recruitment cycle, satisfaction trend, etc.), provide management with human resources operations advice and improvement plans.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related sciences; those with CIPD, HRPA or locally recognized human resources professional qualifications are preferred.
- Having more than 2 years of human resources practical experience, familiar with Hong Kong labor laws, employment regulations and personal data (privacy) regulations, etc. Comply with the relevant requirements.
- Have good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, be able to write independently recruitment copy, policy documents and cross-department communication emails.
- Have basic experience in operating human resources information systems (such as HRIS), familiar with Microsoft Excel for data sorting and simple analysis.
- Have a high sense of responsibility, confidentiality and service-oriented thinking, and be able to collaborate and flexibly respond to daily unexpected personnel needs in diverse teams.
