Job Responsibilities

  • Provide professional financial analysis to customers, evaluate their financial situation and long-term goals, and make appropriate financial planning suggestions.
  • In-depth understanding of the customer's family structure, income and expenses, and risk tolerance, clarifying their actual insurance needs.
  • Based on the customer's individual circumstances, introduce and recommend suitable life insurance, annuity plans, medical insurance, and critical illness insurance products.
  • Assist customers in completing the insurance application process, including document filling, health disclosure, and premium calculation, to ensure that the process meets regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously follow up on policy status, provide policy review services, and adjust coverage options based on life stage changes.
Work requirements

  • Secondary school graduation or above, those with financial, insurance or related academic backgrounds are preferred.
  • Have a basic understanding of insurance and financial products, and be willing to delve deeper into the operating mechanisms of various life and protection-type insurance products.
  • Have good communication skills, be able to clearly explain complex terms and compensation details to customers.
  • Value honesty and professional ethics, prioritize customer interests, and build long-term trust relationships.
  • Need to comply with the relevant regulations and industry ethical standards of the Insurance Authority (IA), those with valid insurance licenses are preferred.
