AI Product Analyst - Market Intelligence (Market Intelligence)

Job Overview

You will join a proprietary research team focused on market intelligence, working closely with investment professionals and compliance-related partners, and gaining deep insights into companies, industries, and macroeconomics through alternative data mining. The team combines fundamental research, data science, engineering and product capabilities to build compliant and scalable research products that directly support investment decisions.

You will work side by side with researchers, product managers, and data science and engineering specialists from different backgrounds, helping to reshape the way market intelligence is produced and used. Main responsibilities

• Close collaboration with investment professionals to identify, evaluate and prioritize high-impact AI application scenarios to enhance productivity and decision quality

• Translate research and investment needs into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans

• Full responsibility for the product life cycle, covering concept ideation, internal approval, testing, deployment, adoption effectiveness tracking, and post-launch operations support

• Establish and maintain model governance standards, including testing, monitoring, documentation, and performance validation, to ensure model stability and responsible use

• Push for the integration of external compliance approval data sources and internal systems, and work with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, traceability, and reproducibility

• Continuously monitor the latest developments in AI and machine learning, evaluate new technologies and tools, and participate in the development of broader AI strategy directions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics or related quantitative fields

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, having participated in AI/ML product or solution engineering-related projects

• Have a track record of successfully designing, deploying and running AI/machine learning products in a formal environment, and clearly demonstrating business impact

• Have experience in handling large datasets and data pipelines, familiar with SQL or other equivalent data querying tools

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

• Highly concerned about moral standards, model responsibility, and data integrity
