Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting and bookkeeping, including invoice preparation, bookkeeping, and monthly closing operations.

• Execute general ledger management and financial statement preparation, and timely complete balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, etc. statutory statements.

• Conduct annual financial audits with co-auditing units, prepare necessary accounting vouchers, detailed statements, and explanatory documents.

• Assist the supervisor in conducting cost analysis and budget execution tracking, provide financial data support for business decisions.

• Have a bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance or related fields, and hold accounting-related certificates (such as accountants, bookkeepers, junior accountants) are especially good.

• At least 5 years of corporate accounting practical experience, familiar with Taiwan's Commercial Accounting Law, Tax Collection and Payment Law and related financial and accounting regulations.

• Proficient in mainstream accounting systems (such as: Dingsheng, ZhiBang, YMS or other ERP systems), with advanced Excel functions and financial forecasting abilities.

• Have good logical analysis ability and careful and meticulous work attitude, be able to handle multiple accounts independently and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.

• Have basic English reading and writing abilities, and be able to understand international accounting conventions and foreign exchange transactions related to accounting principles.
