<p>Senior UX/UI Designer / Senior UX/UI Manager (consider HKPR only)</p><p></p><p>Main responsibilities:</p><p>1. Use Figma to design high-quality interface prototypes and wireframes</p><p>• Establish low to high fidelity page designs, and collaborate with engineers to ensure deliverability.</p><p>• Ensure design consistency and reusability.</p><p>2. Participate in user research and requirement exploration ( 1 on 1 user interview )</p><p>• Conduct interviews with front-line employees and internal users to uncover business and user pain points.</p><p>• Observe and record actual process flows, supporting journey mapping creation.</p><p>3. Lead usability testing</p><p>• Design test scripts and scenarios, and invite users to participate in testing prototypes.</p><p>• Analyze test results and propose improvement suggestions.</p><p>4. Propose user-centered design solutions</p><p>• Based on research, interviews and business requirements, propose creative and practical design suggestions.</p><p>• Rapidly iterate design solutions to support agile development (agile) processes.</p><p>6.
