Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for welcoming customers, providing professional and friendly service, and ensuring they have a good dining experience.
- Keep the table and work area clean and tidy, and quickly complete the table cleaning and rearrangement after each meal.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other service team members to ensure orders are accurate and timely.
- Have basic Chinese communication skills, be able to clearly understand customer needs and effectively respond; those who understand Cantonese are preferred.
- Applicants with service industry experience will be given priority, those with no experience can also apply, and on-the-job training will be provided.
- Have good personal hygiene habits, follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Able to adapt to high-pressure and fast-paced work environment, with a sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Can work at night, on weekends and public holidays, following a shift schedule.
