Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer reception and seating service, providing professional and intimate dining consultation and advice
- Memorize daily menu items, ingredients, and recommended dishes, and accurately answer customer questions
- Execute the order and beverage service process, ensuring that the order sequence and timeliness meet the standard
- More than three years of restaurant service experience, those with high-end restaurant or chain brand work background are preferred
- Have good communication skills and service enthusiasm, be able to effectively handle customer complaints and improve satisfaction
- Adaptable to shift work, including holiday and night shifts, stable attendance and punctuality
- Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills, basic English conversational skills are a plus
