Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for cash register work, accurately handling customers' cash, electronic payment, and other types of payment, ensuring that transactions are error-free.
Manage warehouse displays, sort goods according to standards, keep the store clean and orderly, and enhance customers’ shopping experience.
Execute daily operations of the store, including cleaning, label replacement, and promotional activity support.
Assist in handling customer inquiries and needs, providing friendly and professional services.
Requirements:
Have good communication skills, be able to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, and properly respond to various service situations.
No relevant experience is required, and newcomers are welcome to apply; those with retail or service industry experience may be given priority.
Have a basic understanding of the retail industry and be willing to learn store operations and service standards.
Work attitude is serious, responsible, flexible in working hours, and able to adapt to the high flow environment of the busy area of Tsim Sha Tsui.
