Working hours: 6 days 9 hours
Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for supervising general property management affairs
• Supervise and assign property management assistant work
• Design shift schedules
• Patrol public places, paying attention to security, facilities and passage conditions
• Follow up on individual complaints and keep records
Entry Requirements:
Education and professional qualifications:
Second 5 or above
Qualifications:
Able to speak fluent Cantonese, understand general English and Mandarin is preferred
Have good writing skills, able to write simple Chinese and English reports
Personal traits:
Patience, strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, honesty and reliability, good communication skills
