Job Responsibilities:

1. After-sales management and coordination: Comprehensive responsibility for the company's product (mobile phone internal and external accessories and tool equipment) after-sales process management, including after-sales item receipt, registration, confirmation and progress follow-up, ensuring timely customer feedback and efficient handling; coordinate the after-sales item production and testing schedule, review and output professional test results; supervise packaging, transfer and related registration processes, ensure after-sales service quality and efficiency.

2. Recycling business management: Lead the recycling business process, regularly update and review market recycling price information; establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with recyclers, monitor recycling project progress, promptly resolve abnormal situations, and ensure smooth business operations.

3. Hong Kong Stock Exchange order coordination: Coordinate the management of Hong Kong warehouse order processing flow, including order verification, delivery scheduling and warehouse inspection, to ensure timely, accurate and standardized cross-border delivery process, and enhance customer satisfaction.

5. File and process management: Establish and maintain a file and archive management mechanism for after-sales and recycling business, ensure data integrity, traceability and management compliance, and provide reliable support for company decisions.

6. Team management and guidance: Responsible for team member work arrangements and daily management, improve team execution and professional skills, regularly conduct internal training and process optimization, and create a high-efficiency and collaborative work atmosphere.

Requirements:

1. Have5 years of post-sales or warehouse logistics management experience, those with mobile phone components industry background are preferred.

2. Have good planning and management skills, be able to independently push forward the project and solve on-site problems, and ensure that departmental goals are achieved.

3. Work detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, and able to maintain high efficiency and high standards in a high-pressure environment.

4. Proficient in Excel, Word, etc. office software, with good data analysis and report compilation abilities.

5. Have excellent communication and coordination skills and team management experience, be able to effectively integrate resources and promote departmental collaborative work.
