Job Description
- Assist in the organization and execution of various activities in the club (such as recreational courses, holiday celebrations, member lectures, etc.), including venue decoration, logistics preparation, and on-site coordination.
- Manage the club facility reservation system, process members’ applications and changes for the gym, meeting room, banquet hall, etc., and regularly update reservation records.
- Execute basic administrative work, including file sorting, mail reception and delivery, telephone transfer, meeting minutes, and internal notification writing and distribution.
- Inspect the public areas of the club, pay attention to the condition of the facilities and the cleanliness of the environment, and report immediately to the higher-ups any places that need maintenance or improvement, and follow up with relevant departments.
- Secondary school graduation or above; those with hotel, club, property management or customer service-related work experience are preferred.
- Have good Cantonese communication skills, be able to respond to daily exchanges in Mandarin and basic English; write clearly, have basic office processing and computer operating skills (familiar with Microsoft Office)
- Active and friendly attitude, excellent manners and service awareness, and patient response to the needs of members of different ages and backgrounds.
- Have basic organizational and time management skills, be able to prioritize and arrange work in a multitasking environment, and maintain attention to detail and responsibility.
- Willing to cooperate with shift arrangements (including weekends and public holidays), and to abide by the club's service rules and confidentiality principle.
