Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for patrolling, monitoring and controlling access within a specified range to ensure the safety of people, property and facilities within the premises;

• Through closed-circuit television (CCTV), access control systems and alarm devices, etc. security equipment, real-time grasp of the situation on the spot and make appropriate responses;

• Register visitor information, verify identity and issue temporary credentials, and strictly enforce entry and exit management procedures;

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin listening and speaking abilities, to meet the daily exchange and emergency notification needs of diverse background individuals;

• No specific academic requirements, and those with no relevant experience are also welcome to apply, but they must pass basic security training and internal company evaluations;

• Good health and well-being, with good observation skills, sense of responsibility, and stable emotional management ability, able to adapt to shift work and Saturday work schedule (working 6 days a week, 4 to 8 hours a day);

• No serious criminal record, willing to cooperate with background checks and security personnel license (if applicable) application process.

• Monthly salary of HKD 16,000, paid monthly, with a clear and transparent salary structure, with no hidden deductions;

• Provide comprehensive pre- and on-the-job security professional training, covering fire safety, first aid knowledge, crisis management, and customer service skills;

• Enjoy statutory public holidays, paid annual leave and sick leave, and be protected by the Employment Ordinance;

• Provide work uniforms and necessary personal protective equipment, with some positions also offering transportation allowance and meal arrangements, depending on the work location.
