Associate Degree in Business Studies Course Tutor (Full-time or Part-time)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for teaching finance, auditing, taxation, economics, accounting, statistics, business management, marketing, etc. Provide systematic teaching based on the learning needs of mainland students who come to Hong Kong to study for a bachelor's degree.
• Organize knowledge summary and review classes before the exam, compile effective review materials and test-taking strategies, and help students prepare for the exam.
• Execute learning management according to company standards, including learning progress tracking, assignment checking and feedback, and learning reminders, to ensure teaching quality and student engagement.
• Regularly communicate with the teaching team about students’ situations, coordinate teaching arrangements, and continuously optimize counseling plans to improve teaching effectiveness.

Work requirements

• Master's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, marketing, etc. related business sciences, with solid professional knowledge foundation.
• Applicants with relevant teaching or tutoring experience will be given priority, especially those with experience in guiding associate degree or equivalent level students.
• Fluent in Mandarin, good in English, with a preference for those with IELTS 6.5 or equivalent English proficiency, and able to cope with a bilingual teaching environment.
• Applicants with local or overseas study experience are preferred, familiar with the Hong Kong higher education system and associate degree course structure is better.
• Love the education industry, sense of responsibility and patience, good at communicating and stimulating students’ learning motivation, and able to adapt to flexible work arrangements.
