Job Description
Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for front desk reception work, including visitor registration, guidance and basic consultation services
  • Answer and transfer phone calls and handle emails, faxes, and other daily communications
  • Assist in sorting and updating customer information, meeting arrangements, and office administrative support work
  • Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area to ensure a professional company image
  • According to departmental needs, execute other temporary administrative or coordinating tasks assigned by the department

Work requirements

  • Have good Cantonese communication skills, able to have daily conversations in Mandarin and basic English
  • Have basic computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other commonly used software
  • Stylish appearance, polite and friendly attitude, good service awareness and response ability
  • No relevant work experience is required, and new employees with a sense of responsibility and learning enthusiasm are welcome to apply
