Job Description

Requirements (#welcome retired people, freelancers, new Hong Kong residents)

  1. Three years of experience as a tea lady (tea room assistant) and/or office assistant, working in larger companies in relevant positions.

  2. Polite, friendly, responsible, and willing to help, and able to proactively handle problems and propose solutions.

  3. Cantonese fluency; basic English and Mandarin conversation (basic English writing ability: for example, being able to read English names, department names, company names, addresses, etc.)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and provide beverages to managers and guests/conference or event according to their requirements.

  2. If you discover any damage/fault to the equipment, furniture or fixtures within the office, you must report it to the facilities and administrative team's assistant/manager.

  3. Ensure meeting rooms, public gathering areas, tea rooms, and tea room equipment are always clean and tidy.

  4. Supplement various supplies (manage inventory, place orders and replenish) for the tea room, catering/dining area, public gathering area and first aid kit.

  5. Assist in the decoration of meeting rooms/public gathering areas; and ensure that meeting rooms and public gathering areas are kept clean after each use.
