Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling customer orders and quotes, ensuring information accuracy and timeliness, and improving customer satisfaction.
• Provide professional and timely customer service, properly handle inquiries, objections and needs, and enhance brand reputation.
• Plan and execute public relations activities to enhance corporate image and market visibility.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners, promote cross-departmental collaboration, and achieve business and public relations goals.

• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to effectively deal with different types of customers and cooperative units.
• Applicants with at least three years of relevant work experience, familiar with business administration and customer management processes, are preferred.
• Have basic public relations planning and event execution skills, those with media or government agency exchange experience are preferred.
• Careful and responsible, good at multitasking and time management, and able to perform steadily under high pressure.
• Proficient in Office office software, with good written expression and report writing skills.
